Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge

The room with the King bed and fire place was so comfy and aesthetically pleasing! Kristi was sooo helpful! She was awesome. I loooooove that the indoor pool / hot tub was 24 hr!!!! My daughter and I are 3rd shifters so we are up at night and to get in the HT at 3 am amazing!!! Breakfast is amazing ! They had it all ! But the Biscuits and Gravy were my favorite ❤️ Location is amazing close to everything! Yes even Dollywood! We had an amazing time.

The location was great! There was a Publix next door and we could walk to various other locations. We were in the back building and really liked it because there was less vehicles and parking was better. The service desk staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in 45 minutes early and even gave us an upgrade which we were very pleased with. The breakfast team was very sweet and friendly. They worked hard and deserve this recognition.

I can’t give this place enough hype. Literally I am someone who hates to stay in hotels and it was SO clean. Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The location was absolutely perfect- close to a lot you can just walk to and a back access road for bypassing a lot of traffic. Breakfast was great and the little lady doing most of it was SO on top of it. People were very demanding and she just kept on taking care of everything. Everything exceeded our expectations! Traveled with our little kids and they were happy as could be.

Room was clean, staff was wonderful. TV was huge. Indoor 24 hour pool was nice. Two pools are awesome. Vending machines and ice machine were relatively close.

The location is great. It was close to the attractions and shops. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool is open 24/7 but is a little small. The hot tub was over chlorinated and the jets point upward and push you up and splash in your face. The walkway to the pool is made out of tiny pebbles that are coming lose and stab your feet so I recommend shoes or flip flops. Breakfast is good. The bathroom in our room was very small but the room itself was comfortable and clean. Over all for the price it was well worth it. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice. The parking was mostly convenient so long as you get back to the hotel before 9pm any later and you may have to park in the next lot but it's still not a far walk. There is a Publix grocery store a half a block down the road.
